Submit a Business Plan

The TAG Angels use Angelsoft to manage our submission process.  If this is your first time using Angelsoft, you will need to register.  Registering your opportunity with us through our Angelsoft system will make it easier for us to introduce your company to other potential investor groups, as well as facilitate the funding process. 

After you login, you will be taken through a step by step process that will gather basic information about your company.  Note, some of these fields are optional, but others are required for us to review a deal.  You will also have the opportunity to upload documents that contain your business plan and presentation, and even do a video pitch.  If you have all the necessary information available, the process should take about 20 minutes. You can do this partially and update it later, as long as you have the basic information about your company, and what you are looking for from potential investors.

Upon submitting a business plan, you will receive a confirmation email from us through Angelsoft.  A one-page .pdf file containing all the application information will also be generated.  This "One-Pager" helps our tag investors throughout our group to quickly assess how to proceed with your company, find out who in our group can help your company, and otherwise helps us to compare companies.  You will be able to save your application as a .pdf file for future use.
