A founding member of The Acceleration Group, and charter member for the Southwest region, Scott Fritz is an entrepreneur, business owner and angel investor. In 1997 He founded Human Capital, a Professional Employer Organization, providing small to medium sized businesses with employer administration services.
Employing a small SBA loan, and volumes of hard work, he has grown the company into a nationwide player with 2004 gross revenues of $145 million and projected 2005 revenues in excess of $170 million. This hyper growth landed Human Capital and its affiliate division on the INC. 500 list in 2003 and 2004 with growth rates in excess of 1,000%. Servicing over 350 client companies and 5,000 employees nationwide, Human Capital is now operated by a seasoned executive staff while Scott maintains ownership and leads the strategic and business development vision for the company.
As an active Angel investor, Mr. Fritz is currently involved with four separate ventures including: environmental services, manufacturing, China imports, and entertainment. His involvement with these companies ranges from passive investor to paid consultant.
Scott enjoys sharing his experiences in growing companies, consulting budding entrepreneurs, and developing strategic plans for each of his endeavors. One of his investments recently sold for $70 million within four years of his initial investment.
Mr. Fritz resides in Las Vegas and is the Past President of the local Entrepreneur's Organization Chapter. He has recently taken on the role of U.S. Pacific Area Director for EO Global, and is also the Membership Chair for the Nevada Policy Research Institute which is a non-partisan organization that helps guide political policy.
Scott's personal interests include: spending time with his wife and two girls, politics, real estate investing, automobiles, art and an occasional game of golf.
